    I got passport request on 22 july and cpc ottawa received on 4th Aug and returned my passport on 17 sep without copr. After that nothing turned up.

    I got the same letter stating that visa officer will contact you and this doesnot change the decision on my file.Then i contacted IRCC they said that my file is in que of virtual landing.But no COPR or PR card information given.

    This is Exactly happened with me as well They put me in que for virtual landing and i applied outland too and thn i came to canada and requested for passport and then without copr they sent back and im still waiting for their call
