There's no harm in checking 2 - 3 times a day. The key is to make yourself super busy with something else so you literally have no time to check. Another thing could be that you make your mind up of "it's going to take at least 6 months for any progress which is the average processing time."...

It means a decision has been made regarding your sponsor approval. You will get Sponsor Approval email soon. And now the main part of your applicant's file is under process. This is where they check if the marriage is genuine, do background checks etc. I hope this answers the question.

Don't worry too much about it. My notes said the same when I had ordered but everything was done within 1 month or so. LVO is finalizing 2016 applications. In sha Allah you'll get PPR soon.

How did your interview go ? Was the visa officer satisfied ? What is your visa office ? Maybe you should try contacting them or get your local MP involved. Also when did you apply ?
