Yes. So after I changed to spouse accompanying, I got ITA in the following draw. I submitted both mine and my husband's documents in July 2021 and we got PPR in January 2022 without any issue.
I added him to my EE profile after getting nominated through OINP. Our AOR is July 2021. We are yet to hear back on our application. Due to the backlog of cases, they have not started working on our profile yet. I will update this thread when I know more.

I don’t think Covid vaccinations form part of the medicals. I checked with the medical panel and they are testing for HIV, VDRL, creatine levels, urine and X-rays. If you have tattoos then additional tests may be required.
