same AOR/ MED, in my case eligibility is in process and waiting ...recieved one GU on 23 Mar.

Call CIC and follow input as 2, 1, 2, 0. Let them finish with speaking their options and then hit your option in sequential order. You can also provide your number to have them call you back at last.

Just got off call from IRCC AOR - 04th Dec. Eligibility - In progress from 23rd March and recommended pass Criminality - In progress Security - Not started PVO changed from Vancouver to Edmonton
