Yeah that's DD5474. There are others as well but they updated passport on my application. The officer who had approved and also reviewed before was DD5474.

I have no idea myself. The ottawa visa office email address that I had from this group is the one I used.

I have been asking the same question. Then there are people who come and tell me that THiS iS A PriVilIGe NoT An ObLigAtiON. I mean come on Man, we paid fee and they are bound to serve us. We atleast deserve some explanation.

Could you confirm where exactly is this information in the notes? I found 2 3 codes so I don't understand. One was DD something, another was updated by JS.
