I think you should do a detailed LOE attaching a notarized declaration and previous authorization letter from your spouse with his passport....

If there's any reason you can't meet the deadline, inform IRCC beforehand....

If IRCC needed new PCC, they would have asked for it.... criminality and security can be cleared in a day by the visa Officer during review.....

You didn't need to do another Police Clearance certificate ..... It's done once, unless IRCC specifically ask for another certificate.

Don't wait.... Send immediately scan copies of the data page of each via webform to IRCC

For your well-being and sanity, I would advise everyone to find a way to put aside for now all the back and forth with Accra VO/ Canada..... Try to occupy yourself with other stuff to avert anxiety & depression....God will see everyone through...
