Hello All, I'm a Permanent Residence, I've applied for my mother-in-law's Visiting Visa ( immediate Family) since February. But currently, we are stuck at "Biometrics completed" since March 19th. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the issue or what I can do? Thanks

Send CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) through IRCC webform; link-https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx You can attach a LoE explaining your situation. I have just come to know that it takes 4-6 weeks for CIC to check additional docs., so the sooner the better...
