yes, the eligibility is passed. my file had gone through the second review before I got MR. And medical is passed as well...

Agree. It definitely takes more than one month. I already waited for more than 3 months after MR... my friends who waited for 5 months are still waiting... My GCMS note (received last week) showed Criminality in process (it was in progress since the begining) and secruity not started yet...

Just for your referrence, the second review took 4.5 months for my case. The GCMS note showed my file got transferred for second review in Mid August 2014, and I got my MR the last day of December 2014. But every case is different, and it depends on so many factors too, such as how many cases...

It is hard to say, sometimes people gets PPR with 2 weeks after medical received, and others may have to wait for months. And if your file got transferred to another office, it will probably take a little bit longer. Also this new EOI/EE just got started and most of CIC personel probably are...
