That would be possible if we know for sure that NDVO has a record of the PPR sent out by the Ottawa office. Do we know if any Visa office had commented on this before for anyone else?

You should see it soon... it appears that pre arrival letter comes form another department at CIC and not the same office as where the files are being processed...

Received a message on my CIC account this morning requesting update to Schedule A for the principal applicant requiring all addresses lived for the past 10 years without missing out any dates... completed and uploaded the file on my account on CIC website now...

Same boat here for my parents too.. applied Jan 5th 2016, did medicals May 23rd, medicals passed, provided PCC, RPRF fees and schedule A June 7th, received Pre arrival letter on June 19th along with clarifications on schedule A, sent back the clarifications on June 19th... waiting for PPR..

Trial and error method, like Yulia recommended I kept changing the family size and tried, family size of 4 was accepted, no of adults in the family including the applicant,dependent,sponsor and sponsor's spouse. I logged into my account with CIC using the option of logging in with my online...

Thanks Tina... I do that will all my communications... I uploaded 5 files it looks like they commented on one of them requesting a minor change and mentioned that the rest of the 4 files are pending receipt....resent all of them again...
