Yes, I received my AIP on August 14th. Yes, I did send a web form and got the BVL and OPR the next day.

I am in the same boat as you, I am assuming you got the OPR before me, I got it on the 12th. Still waiting for the instruction letter All the best, hope you get it soon.

Hi, I got the OPR last week, the process is a bit slow. Have you tried sending a web form? Mine was June application(complete) under SDS category.
