***UPDATE I contacted IRCC through the client portal email. They mentioned that the eye colour or height don't affect the eCOPR and does not need to change or reissue. If there are anyone in the same situation as me, you can just ignore it.

AOR: March 12th, 2021 The portal email came from Etobicoke office but the eCOPR was then issued by Calgary IRCC.

Yeah, I just want to receive the ECOPR for a piece of mind. I don't even care when the PR card will come. Just issue that damn letter so I can move on with my life.

Exactly it, my friend. I thought I was already there but still get stuck on the unknown and uncertainty. Feel pretty unlucky to have my file transfer to this office for the final step.

I haven't received it yet. Getting an anxiety over this nonsense waiting. How I wish we can come to their office and talk to a real person about this issue.
