@robertp I have already sent the request form 5669 to HKVO since they need updated 5669 since age 18 for my parents. But i used 2018-11 version instead of 2019-6 version. Which one we should use? If they need 2019-6 version, what should i do? Please advise. thanks

@robertp quick question. When HKVO requested additional docs, there is no messages in MYCIC or ECAS. I have already sent docs to HKVO by DHL. The docs will be arrived by HKVO this afternoon since i can track it. My question is do i get AOR again for these additional docs or do i get an update in...

they do not need original hukou booklets. they need photocopies. but must be the notarized translation. If you are doing in china, must be done local notary public. if you are doing in canada, you need to go to notary public or commission of oath with true certified copies stamp.

Need help!!! quick question about notarized translation. In Canada, if the signature of the translator is attested by a designated person. and it is a commissioner for the oath with the affidavit. Does it consider as a notarized translation?
