Does this only apply to Canadian PRs or to work permit (and visa) holders as well? I'd imagine it will be for anyone holding a valid visa right?

My timeline is pretty similar to Biochemgal's and I haven't heard anything from the VO either after my medical. My ecas status is still at application received :'(
