Hi , Did any one landed by oct 7th pearson airport got their card?

I called CIC today morning, they gave a new date... also will there be an entry in ECAS if the card is processed? if there is no entry does it mean that they havent started the processing itself.

I landed on Oct 27th 2015 any guess on when i may get, and anyone landed on this date gottheir card?
