No one can say for sure. However, I think your application is progressing smoothly. I noticed that those who stay longer on IP1 tend to spend less time on IP2 (sometimes PPR mail comes within the same day of IP2)
I think IP2 means they are reviewing your background check. The result of this review will determine the nature of your security check. it could be heavy (SS) or light.
You are in IP1 however, don't attach too much to these cic updates. You could as well be very close to the PPR mail without knowing it. Some people got PPR without getting to IP2.
Ultimately, what matter is the numbers. 3000 is a lot and 3000+ will match or bring down the scores. Profiles are added daily and some are improving but greater number of ITAs will put pressure on the cutoff. Let's just pray for an increase
