    Indian passport surrender

Through BLS and ask them to remove all the extra services that you don't need. BLS is acting as a sales and marketing agent for Purolator. Check the amount before you pay and only for pick up (and drop off if you want)

    Indian passport surrender

I put all my 4 applications in one A4 size envelope, which again Purolator guy put in the envelope he brought. The application forms need to be separately clipped/ pinned with respective documents as per checklist.

    Indian passport surrender

I checked with them and they said yes you can send multiple applications together but as they are processed separately, they would be delivered in separate couriers. I did similar for two passport renewal. Call them once to confirm.

    UBER DRIVER

    - I have approached NS Human Rights Commission, Ontario Licensing and HRM who designed by-laws for Uber. So far, I have got positive response from Ontario and HRM licensing that the three years driving experience is total - inclusive of international driving experience. From the Ontario message...

    - The case law is not specific to Uber but in legal proceedings, such ratios are relevant and considered valid wherein the newcomers or refugees are denied employment due to delay in licensing, they are otherwise qualified to do the job. If Uber is asking local experience, it's a clear case of...

You need to see relevant case laws. It is not about twisting. One can ask for relevant experience but not for Canadian Experience. Asking for Canadian Experience is also a discrimination. And if by laws are designed in such fashion should also be challenged because it is systemic discrimination...

    For Uber eats

I have taken it up with the Human Rights Commission, Queens University dealing on the issue and the Premier of the province. Let us see. If you twist and turn rules and regulations so as to promote discrimination then it's against the law. Moreover, while setting the rules they are also...

    For Uber eats

The other examples could be fine as it is required by the Canadian Law, likewise for certain Government Positions one needs to be a citizen. But, does internationally experienced driver need to have local driving experience and that too when the Uber app itself is driven by their own maps/Google...

Right. So when employer denies you for not having Canadian Experience, it is actually denial for your international experience-national or ethnic origin in the legal context. Most importantly, one who is experienced internationally, but don't have local experience would be at disadvantaged...
