I don't think so. I travel EVERY WEEK...often to multiple countries per week...I never updated my profile for any trips post AOR. My travel history is only up-to-date until the day I submitted my application. I got PPR already.

Just got my PPR email. Waited a while since IP2 as you can see, but it's still way under the 6 month processing time, very impressive. Not that I would really have cared if they had taken longer, only that I am moving countries end of July, so it's great that I can still get everything done...

You can only attach one file for LOE, I copy pasted from Excel to Word and then converted to PDF.

If you are not claiming any points for your spouse's work experience, then just remove it and list in personal history instead. If you are claiming points for your spouse's work experience...then I don't know what to do in this case.

My travel history is also very long, I added it to LOE in full even though some of it is already in the actual form. Just seemed neater to me. I also took out all the work experience of my spouse and just listed it under personal history. Which is totally fine to do since we are not claiming...

LOE = Letter of Explanation, when you submit the documents, there is a place where you can upload it. It does not need to have any specific format, just take a word document, title it Letter of Explanation, and explain anything you think worth explaining that they might otherwise question. So...
