I think the difficulty is asking the employer to give you CRA docs and business lease to support application. Some employers are not willing to do that which makes this stream stricter, for OINP they don't ask the employer to provide it to you, only submit directly to them if requested.

Hello, I got ITA last week and was asking my college to provide me official transcript but they rejected and said they only send it to third party, not student. It is really weird… However, in the OINP portal, i’m required to send the official transcript or else my application will be returned...
