    Returning to Canada

Well I believe that you'll just need to fill your taxes the year after you return to Canada. The resident status is implicit/automatic. Basically, as long as you leave more than 6 months in Canada in a calendar year, you are automatically considered as a resident. There are some subtle cases...

Latest version of Canada Discovery Book

Yes and RIM is still a top notch company with its Blackberries :p. Well seriously, the book has not been updated for some time, so you have to stick with this one. There is no updated version. Anyway, I believe that they won't ask outdated questions during the test.

    Accredited fingerprint agencies in Montreal

I don't think the police would accept them. And RCMP don't accept ink-rolled finger prints any more, they need to be digitalized first. That's what a finger print company can do. Ok I get it. You can check with the National Pardon Centre, they can do it from abroad.

    Moving to Prince George

Personally, I would wait for AOR and then notify them about the address change. Currently they haven't opened your application, so it may cause more trouble than anything to notify them now. When they will open it, it's not sure whether they would use the old address (written in the application)...

    January 2018 - Citizenship Applications

Yes. Same as usual, wait and wait and wait :). Hopefully you'll get test invite soon. I would also suggest to contact IRCC every month or so just to make sure that you're application is not forgotten somewhere.

    January 2018 - Citizenship Applications

The fingerprints must be send electronically in digitalized form to RCMP (not to IRCC directly). But how the fingerprints are digitalized is not important. Usually police station and fingerprints company have machines that scan the finger and produce the electronic form automatically. The one...
