No tracking number. Worst thing you can do is contact them if you did not receive it after 2-4 weeks.

Hello all, we had the oath ceremony this afternoon at 12:45pm. Waiting for the certificate.

It's in the email. For example the email they sent the invitation to the test was : IRCC.DNCitLONScheduling-ConvocationLONCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca you will notice after 'convocation' there is LON which means London Office. Other email should have other 'acronyms'.

No it is ok. They did not chance the website. Just send an email to them so you informed them about the fact you are outside the country.
