    Quebec doesn't have financial obligation tho when it comes to spouse sponsorship. Also if you do it inside Canada, you can ask for a working permit, but the process takes longer, but at least you are together If you do it from outside Canada, from her home country, usually shorter.

    That form has to be filled by the person you are sponsoring, not you. So your mother has to fill it She has to answer NO to all questions As for Question 4, she has to put the name of the person sponsoring her and date of birth of that person, you in this case
