    Thank you Andy, Base on your response, I guess I still have to pursue the 2151 NOC code, since this is what I have most of my experience. What do you mean "Your previous ineligible profile should not have any impact on your future PR application" please clarify. Thanks again.

    Hard Copy of WES evaluation report not received yet

    It will come, I read in other forums sometimes it takes more than a month before you get it specially for standard delivery. Depending I guess on mailing services of a country where we live.

    When I sent my credentials to WES, it took 6 days before they sent me the electronic report, then another 15 days before I received the hard copy in standard delivery, Canada to Dubai.
