hi guys my profile is btech 65%(cse) with 2 backlogs ielts 6.5 with no band less than six 10+2 = 83% 10 class 82% what are my chances to get into university??suggest me the universities??

guys plz help me out!!!! want to know differences b/w advanced diploma,pg diploma and ontario gradute certificate. which one is better???in perspective of jobs...????
