We applied July 11,2014. Went to Havana Jan 6,2015. Interviewed Jan 4,2016 Denied March 22,2016. Appealed Won ADR DEC 20,2016. Visa email Aug 10,2017. He will arrive in Canada Aug 24,2017.

In depends on which immigration office your file is with in Canada A general time for an ADR is approximately 8 months to 1 year and a full hearing is 1-2 years. So you are most likely looking at least next year if you are lucky enough to get an ADR.
You will not get an ADR as you have had a full hearing and was denied. The next step is to contact a lawyer as you will have to go to court to dispute the denial in court as far as I know.

Whether you get an ADR is determined by how long the Immigration agent and the CBSA agent will take to listen to the reasons you were denied if it takes more then an hour to get a result than they give you a full hearing . Unfortunately you or your lawyer cannot request an ADR .
Call Canada Revenue service and they will have a record of his tax return if he made one and if not he needs to file and then get a return print out sent to him I suggest he tells them that he requires it for sponsorship application. Income amount does not have a bari g on sponsorship however...

I have not done it however I understand that as long as it has a rabies vaccination and documents from the vet and is u de 6 months should be NP. Remember that some airlines do not allow animals
