I am not sure but this is just my guess, at the bottom of each page of my GCMS Notes..there is mentioned 'time generated' and for me which is 15:22:57 (EST/HNE) which is Eastern Standard Time Zone where as our visa office-Sydney has ADT zone. So i am just thinking that notes do not come from...
