VO was Ottawa, received the COPR from Etobicoke, so they probably transferred after approval. It expired mid October :)

Received an e-mail with COPR today. No PR portal invitation. So I guess I will have to mail the photos to Etobicoke, but outside from that I'm done. Finally.

I'm also thinking the same... but GCMS are taking months, and I'm hoping we will get the COPR in weeks...

Some of us are waiting since oct-nov in the same situation. Application approved, no COPR. Hoping they get their stuff together and start sending the batches soon..

As far as I'm aware, they are sending the file after approval to the local visa office (in your case the etobicoke office) and the local office gives you the COPR. Welcome to the waiting team.
