two applications submitted on the same date: one with CC and other with DD, will be considered same in terms of cap? I saw CC applications being charged early than DD. this is alright as long as cut off dates for CC and DD are same in a particular NOC. can someone please confirm?

hi guys when is the first round of EE expected? I have created my EE profile and registered with Job Bank. I haven't completed my job seeker profile in job bank yet. is it necessary to be eligible for EE draw? is there any other thing else that I need to do urgently? regards,
