We got our certificate today for our Feb 16 ceremony. The certificate was mailed out on March 2 based on the mail stamp. Good luck everyone.

Reading the responses above we are hopefuly just a week away from receiving the certificate if you took the oath on the 16th or 17th. Maybe sooner!!! Fingers crossed.

Likely it is because they are busy closing the files which recently had oaths and printing the certificates.

Yes, I would assume that is correct. I have waited until the application was closed to open up the passport application PDF. I finally did that this morning

No we didn't receive an automated response. I do not think it matters if you replied to that email or created a new email per the instructions on the oath form. Our oath was on the 16th so your wife might see the change on the file in the next few days

Look at the email which you received right after the ceremony. What was the agent's initials? I thought that they had to send the certificate to a Canadian address so hope you don't have issues with that since you will be traveling without it.

They seem to be a good office where the workers care for their work. But they don't always reply to the email. They only reply if it is resonable as I previously sent an email but did not get a reply. It was not a reasonable email lol :P

This morning I ended up replying to the email just in case and explained that I had send a separate email as instructed on the oath form. They replied to the "reply" email I sent stating that they had received my first email. So I do not think it matters if you just reply or create a new email...

For those who already did the oath and receive their certificate, did you submit the signed oath form as instructed on the oath form? Or did you reply to the email you are sent right after the oath ceremony?

I sent the email as instructed in the printed form. Subject line "Oath form for (case number), (Family name). They should really make that less confusing as I had to think twice on whether to just reply or follow the instructions in the printed form. It's something silly but for us it is...

How soon after the oath did they send the email? I was under the impression that you have to send the email yourself as directed in the instructions of the oath ceremony.
