I don't want to call because that takes up their time too. It's just frustrating because it's a postcode lotto. People who applied long after with less time in the country are already citizens. I'm wondering why 2 offices seem to have had no movement at all from IP. I recognize they're smaller...

Eugh. Beyond frustrated now. Kelowna office has not moved any applications from IP. Getting closer to PR expiry date and despite the estimated turnaround time for PR renewaks posted on the site I'm hearing the actual wait time is more than 6 months. Anyone have any suggestions? Is it worth...

It was my home address that was wrong. It's updated on there now, so they are quicker than 15 days :)

And for some reason on my online status they have my address as my old UK one, my husband is showing as Canada! Has that happened to anyone else? I requested a change online, can take 15 days!
