Hello Deepak th, What was the reason for your last rejection? Did you order the CAIPS notes? I would try, however I would write a killer SOP. I would include your vast experience and how the education would benefit your future plans. Good luck!

Are you sure you are not exempt of the medical exam? Hopefully it will be a fluke and not necessarily a rejection. Good luck, and remember that you can always request your CAIPS notes to improve your application for next time.
