    But if by the the time they get the visa is too close of the expiration of biometrics , they wont have time enough time to travel, so the visa will be wasted. The COPR es valid until de biometrics are valid. That is a rule. I think they (regional visa office) should be in rush with their visa...

    my opinion, if they dont get the ppr soon, they will ask for new medical because too short time to travel, unless you buy last minutes tickets. but remind the PR visa will be valid until the medical expires and that means they have to do the landing by april. must rush.

    Im my previous message i said copr. I know they need to do the landing for to be PR. I wasn't sure about the portal because their cases are different than us. Who are inside canada and main applicant.

    Yes. It's valid until your medical expires. For example, My dependants gave medical test on May, so they have to come before may 2027.

    They have same time like my family. Im not sure about the portal, my family got COPR printed with the passports. I was expecting for the portal but they got it all together. I think you should contact your regional office, oir office was Mexico, check which is for your country. Dont email IRCC...

    As far as ai know IRCC and the refugee board are not the same. When you applied to PR you should attach the notice of decission. Maybe something was wrong in the copy or they doubt about the document this person submitted. Im just guessing. Maybe need to call for a clearly explanation.

    Indeed the certificates could change. Sometimes people did something in the past and it was unknown, and years later it was discovered. So They could have something new in their file, denunciation or like that. So it is not a surprise they want it update. If your file is clean, nothing to fear...

    Ecopr- Orig. entry date

    I think they state in your ECOPR the last entrance , could be from a trip. That was my case , I traveled with my refugee document and in my ecopr appears that date like last entrance to canada. If you are in doubt, better call ircc.
