    Never. I requested for my husband file, and I received it the day before to got the portal1. In that document appears principal applicant started security. But in my ircc account never showed security started.

    I sent pictures of me and family. I travelled last october to a third country. I sent money receipts ( remit,ria or any other agency) to show any kind of financisl support. The idea is proof the relation is true. Not broken. And yes, you must submit again.
