    Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

    Hi, after receiving my CSQ, I submitted my federal permanent residence application in January 2026, but I still haven't received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). On the application portal, the status only shows "Submitted." Is this waiting time normal?
