I just asked question on behalf of my friend who have the same situation as he was sure that letter would make him qualify. I myself do have enough income for 2020 - 2021 and 2022 just waiting for good luck!!

@scylla @canuck78 Hello Guys, if you qualify for PGP sponsorship but for one year the income is down because of parental leave? Do you guys think CIC will accept letter of explanation ?

I am hoping the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2022 open this year. I am eligible for last two years (2021 - 2020) but I am $3500 low for my 2019 income, is there any one here who tried to attach the explanation letter with the application and tried to prove the income in recent years? or...
