I would also like to report that we took our test on April 24th at the Glen Erin location, and have received notice to appear for the oath on August 8th at 9 am. Good luck to all those waiting.

HFR, cococyr's choice of words is unfortunate, but the point is correct. You cannot get RQ for being a homemaker, since employment is not a condition for citizenship. I personally know of one family who have become citizens this July, where only the husband works and the wife is a homemaker...

It is really unfortunate, and falls into the pattern at Miss office of sending RQ a few months after the test. I wonder why they have to wait for so long to send the RQ.

Mary, this is very strange. From your previous posts it appears you wrote the test in January, but are receiving the RQ almost after 5 months. I was under the impression that you get the RQ on the spot, or after just a few weeks. Now it means you can never be sure what is going to happen till...
