Can somebody please help me on guiding how to issue transcripts from mumbai university as with new rule of WES, Transcripts issued by college and attested by university is not acceptable at WES. WES has rejected by Statement of Marks thrice till now stating the reason the same reason.

Hi dude, The problem currently is that mumbai university is not issuing transcripts and currently, WES accepts transcripts issued and attested by university itself.

as of nothing can be done because with the new rule WEs expects the University of Mumbai to issue attest and stamp the Documents and send it directly to WES. However, the same is not done by University currently University of Mumbai asks the students to get the transcripts issued by concerned...
