yes they asked me on 28th of august and i got my ppr on 6th oct.

Just received an e- mail from CIC,asking me to submit my past two years personal history.

I was talking one of my friends dad he is immigration lawyer. cic divide each month applicants in 13 month time frame 50% get visa in 7-8 month. Another 20% in 9-10 month. Another 20% in 11-12 month. And rest on 13th month.. As he said they have to use entire time frame. If your file passed...
