Thanks to everyone on this forum. I have been on Canadavisa.com since 2010, ever since I applied for student visa. The PR process of my parents is complete, but as I mentioned before the outcome hasn't been very fruitful as differences cropped up in the family. Getting PR cards wasn't as happy...

Received new PR cards today.

No, I didn't request anything. This is my timeline: Received initial portal credentials email on Nov 15, email for uploading photos and address on Nov 22, uploaded on Nov 24, received ECOPR on Dec 15.

This PR application was for my parents. When they were selected in the draw and were assigned an application number (AOR), they were assigned a VO too. Secondly, most of the follow up correspondence is from the assigned VO.

That is allotted when you get the AOR letter after submitting the PR application.

Received initial portal credentials email on Nov 15, email for uploading photos and address on Nov 22, uploaded on Nov 24, received ECOPR on Dec 15.

VO is Mississauga.

Received ECOPRs today, Dec 15th.

Received ECOPRs today.

Uploaded photo and address through portal on 24th Nov., haven't received ECOPR yet(PGP 2019 category).

Thanks! Sadly, i have to share that the people we sponsored for this application, do not even appreciate all this lengthy process, and may not even use the PR in a fruitful manner due to family differences that have cropped up. I couldn't help but share this.
