I got an email from them in January with a link to follow my application but the link is not working and never worked. I tried to call them but of course they are never available. I'm on the same case as you. I'm a permanent resident of Canada for 1 year now and my girlfriend applied and got approved but she is still waiting for the golden email. Applying on a compassionate grounds may delay their applications maybe? Let me know if you get any reliable answers.

I never ordered gmcs notes I submitted 1 letter + 12 slips + tax return for claiming 1 year experience in marketing and that was on January 2019 so it’s recent I’m living and working in Toronto now :) don’t worry about RR, sometimes your agent is new and is not sure about what he is doing...
