Yar that aint a big issue.You can use amazon cloud drive.Make an account on Amazon Cloud drive and upload your data.One account gives you a space of 5 GB.( Make as many account as you need )

(1) Provide a letter from your Bachelor institute that your Bachelor studies were in English.That is sufficient for admission .( Though You can also attach IELTS).Overall it aint big issue. (2)It takes 2-3 Months for a decision (approx).

@ Inam89 Nop.I have never ever discussed with you about that letter.Though i received that letter with my Med Docs but mistakenly submitted it to DMP.And Fedex guy processed my PP with photocopies of Med Receipts given by DMP.
