Hi i need help in applying for csq, me and my family just got accepted without hearing, lawyer is advising that i should apply for CSQ first. I have like few goals in mind now to first of all apply for 1)CSQ 2)PR application 3) RAMQ. Is this sequence correct? That's what i thought searching online and my lawyer also advised to get csq first and then pr application- Fakhir01

Had they told you that your case is in file review process means you are gonna get decision without hearing, did they give you letter stating that?- Fakhir01

So he provided me the letter which was sent to the lawyer or updated in the portal. It says that the hearing has been canceled for now. The file is under file review process which means that the case could be decided without a hearing. If a decision would be made a letter would be sent.- Fakhir01

Received call from my lawyer, he said that they aren't gonna proceed with hearing. They have demanded some submissions and they will decide on that.- Fakhir01

Hi there, i just received a call this morning from unknow number. The person on the phone said that my hearing has been canceled and they will let know my lawyer. What does this indicate? We had given them supporting documents before and after that hearing was scheduled and now it's canceled.- Fakhir01
