At At times security doesn’t take time…when I received pre arrival I called IRCC and the agent told me I have neither passed eligibility or security has started…then boom got final decision the next two days and another two days got portal 1- faithfulgh

It depends on the officer working on your file…some are very slow…my officer sent p1 and p2 within 24hours …others too take a week to do that- faithfulgh
