    Why not? It doesn't hurt and it's a tool provided by IRCC, why not use it? Say you have got DM and have been informed verbally that your application has been approved and ask what are the next steps and ETA. Again, can't get worst ;-)

    Don't worry in this case then you're totally fine. Try to find what's the IRCC office serving you, which is supposed to do your landing, and e-mail or phone them .

    make sure you put all information correctly and specially if you have multiple last names make sure you put both the same way it's in your passport. This used to be a bad problem in the past but they have fixed it for quite a while now. have you tried with gckey?

    Usually for a negative DM there has to be quite an investigation like request for additional documents, interviews, etc . I have never heard of a negative DM right away and I have been dealing with CIC since 2014 when I first applied for my PR. So most likely it is a positive one
