Hi, 1. Yes, I uploaded an LOE alongwith the fees receipt from HKPF for the PCC that I applied for 2. Yes, you have to call the HKPF and ask them about your PCC. They will ask you for a reference number - This number is present on the receipt that they give when you pay them the fees.

Hi There, I have done a similar mistake with one of my documents for Permanent Residency. Can you please guide me about your case and what was the eventual resolution to this. Should I write to IRCC about this via web form? My fedex tracking also shows that the package was delivered and signed for.

You can upload an application letter there, stating that you are from HK, and cite the HK PCC rules for IRCC + the URL where the HK PCC related info is given in IRCC website. Add to it that you will submit the HKPCC once you have the letter from IRCC to show to HKPF. Thanks
