Try to open the pdf online using a different browser. I did have the same issue and it was fixed when i did so. I can't remember what browser worked best, but try IE, Chrome and FireFox.

We are working on that now. However, the Egyptian law enforces us to get divorced first in order to re-issue a new marriage certificate. Do you know of any workaround to make a new marriage? like can we do a civil marriage at Canada Embassy in Egypt?

I think the solution is to re-issue a new marriage certificate with your current wife with no overlap with any other previous wives.
