How long will we receive the file number from IRCC after the package is received?

PR card is received today on July 15!

I went back from page 588, it seems only cards issued after July 4 were received.

Is there any one whose PR was sent before July 1st by CIC received the card?

In other forum, I saw someone just received COPR from the CIC, which means that the Canada Post is still working. so our PR card problem is not due to CP?? :o

Is the passport with COPR sent from the same CIC office as PR card? Just wondering if the passport returned from CIC is also delayed.

Congratulations. DM means "pass" at this stage, but the waiting is still far from ending. I waited two weeks to receive PPR after DM, then 2+ weeks for landing confirmation letter. Even though we complete all application procedures, we still need to wait two more months for PR card, especially...

Mine was mailed out on June 28 per CIC call center, but I have not received it by now.

It seems there is no hope that Canada Post will keep working after July 2 per the website of union of postal workers. Will CIC have alternative way to deliver our passport or PR Card from next week? http://www.cupw.ca/
