it was sugested to me that "Within the 30 day deadline send them a letter of explanation stating that the Québec Governement is not accepting applications for PGP CSQ's till June 25, 2026. Include the link to Québec MIFI link in the Letter of Explanation and attach a PDF version of the MIFI page...- er.varma@gmail.com
