I have informed both IRCC and PNP regarding change in employment situation. PNP office has also suggested to wait till PR gets approved.

My PR application has passed Medicals, Biometrics and criminality. Eligibility and Security check are yet to start. I submitted application in August end under EE PNP program.

Hi @canuck78, What if I was not aware of the fact and get to know about closure of company after entering Canada and visiting the workplace. Then also it would have been a misrepresentation to CBSA at POE. Wouldn't that be a legitimate reason for converting WP to BOWP
