Don’t get stressed I was in similar situation, they sent me email to ask for ID.

I got it from the Citizenship test invitation letter.

Just checked IRCC processing timeline, 50 days for new card. We posted photos on 18 May to Ottawa no updates yet!

There is not one yet happy to create one!

Every one who apply for supervisa qualifies to travel hence I don’t see this happening before 500 days having said that things are getting better covid wise so may be the process time will be reduced,

I am at 9 week no response or acknowledgment from Ottawa office regarding PR card at all!

I FedEx photos 2 times to Ottawa, the first time they were delivered on 13 May and the second time 05th July. IRCC webform replied that they never received the photos even though I had the signed proof hence I sent it again.

Hi, The insurance cost me around $2200 for 2 years even though there is a requirement for 1 year but I bought it for 2 years ... i used a supervisa insurance business which you can google based in Toronto I am not sure whether I can mention them here. I haven't got the result for supervisa yet...
