Hello everyone, in my ECAS notes i see DECISION MADE, but tracker still not updated. Anyone know what this might mean? what could be next steps?

At this time i am totally lost with how they process applications, i had my friend who sent his application 2 months back, and now he is having his test taken. it took 6 months for me to get into that phase (testing step) - and i am stuck at LPP currently since July

in their official website i saw them saying if you are outside of Canada then reply to invitation email with mentioning that and they will send new instructions for further steps...
