    Apparently, they link dependent whenever they feel like it. They do bad work, and they don't care. All of us who write in this forum have been waiting for years for something that could be resolved in months. They should work harder and better.

    We're in the same boat ! My husband, who is the principal applicant, received the P1 on Aug/7 and the P2 on Aug/11 and we dependents haven't received anything and we are in Canada
